We have written this data protection declaration in order to explain to you in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation what information we collect, how we use data and what choices you have as a visitor to this website. Unfortunately, it is in the nature of things that these explanations sound very technical, but we have tried to describe the most important things simply and clearly when creating them.

alpineballooning – austria/tirol collects personal data in its forms that you enter there to book a balloon ride with us! The data will not be used at any time and for any other purpose than organizing such a balloon ride!

 

 

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. Obligation to provide information or right to information

The Data Protection Act grants a data subject (i.e. a natural or legal person or group of people whose data is used) a right to information about all data processed about him.

However, the information seeker must prove his identity and he must also participate in the information procedure to a reasonable extent in order to avoid unjustified and disproportionate effort for this.

TLS encryption with https

We have implemented Google Analytics IP address anonymization on this website. This function was developed by Google so that this website can comply with applicable data protection regulations and recommendations from local data protection authorities if they prohibit the storage of the full IP address.
